Turn live events into instant marketing content.
From pre-event playbooks to real-time cloud curation, we turn live events into instant marketing collateral. Built for multi-city roadshows and flagship launches.
Selected work
Five cities, one standard
Stills and film from each city, shot to the same brief.
"The photos take two weeks. The video takes a month. By then the event isn't news anymore. It doesn't get shared, and there's nothing left to promote the next one with."
Where it usually breaks
Three things that go wrong with event content
The crew knows exactly what to shoot
The brief becomes a shot list before the event, and I am on the floor to change it when the day changes. Photo and video work from the same list, so nothing important gets missed.
The same process in every city
The shoot runs off a written procedure that has been used across 12 cities. It does not depend on who is holding the camera that day, which is why the sets match.
Photos the same day. Video the next morning.
The first gallery is live two hours in, while the event is still running. Vertical and wide cuts are framed during the shoot, so the recap never has to be re-cropped to post it.
Across cities
The same brand, on three continents
One trade platform runs its show in North America, Europe and China. Every stop works from the same shot list and the same delivery standard, with a local crew in each city.
The cities do not look alike, and they should not. What carries across is the brand, and it shows without anyone being told which shoot came first.

Who runs it
Ten years on set, now running the whole thing
Ten years shooting stills and motion for global brands, then a move to directing the content operation. Local crews are excellent and the shooting is rarely the problem. What is usually missing is someone on site who knows what this footage has to do afterwards.
